Also I communicate with a broad range of staff, requiring a balanced approach. Flexibility is essential to accommodate patient needs with staff safety, resources and care/therapy goals. During training I assess competencies in applying safer principles. I conduct and prepare risk assessments and provide support in the workplace and investigate manual handling incidents.

2008 – 2021   Senior Educator / Back Care Advisor, Manual Handling Trainer in University Hospital of Birmingham ( UHB ).
